Hi, I’m Brandon

I founded Eververde to help people and organizations where they are, providing practical support to help them grow and achieve their goals with real-world solutions.

Approach

At Eververde, Brandon combines over 20 years of experience across functions, disciplines and industries to set individuals and organizations up to thrive, not simply survive and endure.

Coaching

Supporting an individual to transform from a grounded, authentic and clear foundation to form the foundation of high functioning team and organization.

Consulting

Building organizations intentionally designed with purpose, vision and the operational infrastructure to support not only current challenges but where things are headed.

Experience

Brandon works with startups, not-for-profit and publicly traded organizations to refine their HR and organizational strategies and work with leaders and managers to refine their approach to leading impactful teams.

He previously served as the Head of Operations of Team Anywhere at Atlassian, an Australian software company, where he focused on driving Atlassian’s shift to remote work. Prior roles include time at Stitch Fix, a San Francisco-based online retailer, as Senior Director, People Strategy & Insights, and at NerdWallet, a San Francisco-based personal finance recommendation site as a Director, HR and prior to that, he led the Business Operations and Strategy team for the Go-To-Market functions. Brandon’s earlier career experiences include stints in education (Clever, Education Pioneers) and management consulting (Bain & Company).

Brandon holds certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) (CPCC) and The International Coach Federation (ACC) and is a graduate of both Brown University (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA).

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Brandon spent over two decades in Boston and San Francisco, and currently lives in Metro Detroit where he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, going for runs when it’s not freezing, getting time outdoors, and spending time staring at his musical equipment hoping he’ll be inspired to do something creative.
